Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Booking Confirmation and Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of $500 USD per participant is required to secure your spot on the tour. This fee is applied toward the total trip cost.
Full payment of the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the tour start date.Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
Cancellations made 90 days or more before the tour start date:
Payments made beyond the booking fee will be refunded.
$380 USD of the booking fee will also be reimbursed.
Cancellations made within 89 to 15 days of the tour start date:
Eligible for a 50% credit of the total trip cost, excluding the $500 USD booking fee.
Alternatively, a 100% credit can be applied to a future tour within one year, provided the new trip has a confirmed departure.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date:
No refunds or credits will be provided.
This includes cancellations made during the trip for health or other personal reasons.
Booking Transfers
Bookings may be transferred to another person if you notify us in writing at least 15 days before the tour start date.
The new participant must meet all tour requirements and agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.
Tour Operation
While we typically require at least three participants to operate a tour, we are committed to running tours even with just one booking.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation initiated by Arriba! (e.g., due to force majeure), a full refund or credit for a future tour will be provided.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory. Participants must secure their own travel insurance covering:Trip cancellations.
Medical emergencies.
Equipment damage or loss.
Other unforeseen circumstances.
Arriba! does not provide travel insurance or financial protection for personal risks.
Liability and Safety
Participants agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Arriba! team during the tour.
Arriba! is not liable for:Personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour.
Equipment damage unless caused by fair wear and tear, determined at Arriba!’s sole discretion.
If hired equipment (e.g., bicycles) is lost, stolen, or damaged, participants are responsible for replacement or repair costs.
Health and Fitness Requirements
Our tours are physically demanding. Participants must ensure they are in good health and capable of completing the trip.
Participants must disclose any medical conditions or dietary needs upon booking.
Meals and Accommodations
Included meals and accommodations are outlined in the trip itinerary.
Additional meals or upgrades are at the participant’s expense unless otherwise specified.
